48% Of The Indian Workforce are Trained in AI Technology By Their Employees.
According to a recent report published by the Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A), 55% of the white-collar workforce said they use AI tools in their workplace. The usage ranges from enhancing customer service through speech-to-text and sentiment analysis in call centers to driving hyper-local marketing campaigns and performing lead analysis. Managers also use AI tools for fleet management, predictive maintenance, and data collection. On the other hand, 58% of the workforce have added AI skills to their profiles through self-training.
